This public website processes product enquiries and AI chat messages to respond to visitors. Do not submit patient records or clinical information. The sections below explain the services involved and how to contact the team about information you shared.
Product enquiries
When you send an enquiry, your name, email address, message and any optional practice or phone details are sent to our team at kazi@cansoft.com through our email delivery provider, Resend. We use these details to respond to your request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Conversations with Flor
Flor is an AI assistant. Your message and recent conversation are processed through our Cloudflare-hosted service and OpenAI to provide a reply. Recent chat history is also kept in your browser’s session storage for continuity. Use New chat to clear that browser history. Flor does not submit an enquiry automatically: Talk to the team lets you review a note and explicitly send it.
Information to keep out of this website
This public website is for business and product questions. Please do not submit patient information, health records, payment details or passwords. Contact your dental clinic directly for care, appointments and treatment questions.
