Dental Practice Management Software USA
Compare dental practice management software for US offices: scheduling, patient records, billing workflows, migration and total cost. Explore early access.
At a glance
Dental practice management software brings the operational work of a dental office into a coordinated system. For US practices, the evaluation should include scheduling, records, billing, patient communication and the specific integrations the office depends on.
The private prototype supports saved patient profiles, scheduling, visit statuses and recall tracking. Clinical, billing, insurance, messaging and website integrations described in our roadmap are not yet available for clinical use.

Ask the front desk, clinicians and business team to build a shared demonstration script. Include a new-patient appointment, a provider change, a multi-visit treatment plan, an insurance follow-up and a patient balance question. Record which steps are handled in the product and which require another application or manual entry.
Keep billing and claims requirements specific
A product may advertise dental billing while offering a narrower set of functions than your office needs. Ask separately about patient ledgers, estimates, claim submission, attachments, responses, remittance posting, refunds and reconciliation. Confirm the supported external services and fees in writing before assuming that a listed feature covers your workflow.
Compare implementation and ongoing costs
Prepare a US-dollar budget for subscriptions, migration, onboarding, training and connected services. Include messaging, payment processing, imaging connections and any minimum contract period. Request an itemized proposal and compare the same set of providers, locations and services across vendors.
Test access and data portability
Have vendors show how different staff roles use the system and how access is removed when someone leaves. Ask what can be exported, in which formats and with what assistance. These are practical purchasing questions; compliance and contractual requirements should be reviewed with appropriate advisers for your practice.
Review our development progress
The private prototype includes saved patient profiles, scheduling, room and clinician conflict checks, visit statuses and recall tracking. It does not yet provide live insurance claims, billing, clinical charting, team permissions or patient messaging. We are not presenting this prototype as HIPAA-compliant or ready for production patient data.

Is published pricing available?
Final dental software pricing has not been published. You can share your requirements to discuss future availability without making a purchase.
