Dental SEO & local visibility
Dental SEO for New and Established Practices
Plan dental SEO around accurate clinic information, useful service pages, local visibility and measurable appointment enquiries. Request SEO with or without a new website.
At a glance
Dental SEO helps prospective patients find and understand a practice through useful website content, accurate business information and technically accessible pages. Flor Dental accepts SEO requirements alongside software or website enquiries; scope, pricing and availability are confirmed before work starts. Rankings are not guaranteed.
Private prototype for fictional data: practice workflows, role-scoped staff web tools and optional website previews. Implemented does not mean clinically accepted. Tester access, native apps, live integrations and clinical readiness remain unverified.

Document the practice’s real name, address, telephone, opening hours, accessibility information and services. Build a clear page for each distinct service that the clinic actually offers, with a reviewed explanation of the appointment process. A new clinic should distinguish a planned opening from an operating location. Do not substitute large numbers of nearly identical city pages for useful practice information.
Make the appointment journey measurable
Decide whether a website button calls the practice, sends an enquiry, requests an appointment or reserves an available time. These are different outcomes. Track completed enquiries and confirmed appointments separately from page views and button clicks. Keep patient names, health details and form-message contents out of general website analytics and public Flor chat.
Connect local visibility to accurate information
Google describes local results in terms of relevance, distance and prominence. Complete and maintain the clinic’s eligible Business Profile, use accurate categories and hours, and keep website contact information consistent. The clinic should retain ownership of its profile and approve public responses. A provider cannot guarantee a position or change the searcher’s distance from the practice.
Preserve discovery when replacing a website
Inventory existing URLs, record the useful pages and incoming links, and map each retained topic to its destination before moving. Test the replacement, then use direct redirects, update internal links, canonicals and sitemaps, and monitor old and new URLs. If the domain changes, use Search Console’s change-of-address process after the move and redirects are in place.
Report the evidence that matters
Use verified Search Console data for queries, impressions, clicks and average position, and agreed conversion events for enquiries. Establish a dated baseline before comparing periods. A sitemap entry is not proof of indexing, and a public search sample is not a complete ranking report. Where reporting access is missing, record the measurement as unavailable.
Choose SEO with your existing or new website
Request an audit and improvement plan for an existing website, or include SEO requirements in a new website project. Software subscription and SEO service work should have separate scope, deliverables and renewal terms. The suite requirements form records your preferred combination for the team to review.

Common questions
Do I need a new website to request SEO?
No. You can request SEO for your current website. The team first reviews its access, condition and scope.
Does an SEO enquiry activate dental software?
No. Enquiries, service agreements, software activation and payment are separate steps.
Can you guarantee first place in Google?
No. The work can improve relevance, accessibility and usefulness, but search rankings and business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
