Dental software Canada
Dental Software Canada
Explore dental software for Canadian practices. Compare scheduling, patient communication, migration and costs, and see our early development progress.
At a glance
Dental software helps Canadian practice teams organize appointments, patient information, treatment records and administrative work. A useful evaluation starts with the workflows your team needs, then checks country-specific integrations and the evidence behind each vendor’s claims.
The private prototype supports saved patient profiles, scheduling, visit statuses and recall tracking. Clinical, billing, insurance, messaging and website integrations described in our roadmap are not yet available for clinical use.

List the work that happens at reception, in each operatory and at checkout. Ask vendors to demonstrate a new-patient booking, a changed appointment, a hygiene recall, a treatment estimate and an end-of-day review. Include dentists, hygienists, assistants and administrative staff in the evaluation so the shortlist reflects the whole practice.
Compare communication and scheduling together
A reminder tool and a scheduling system can solve different problems. Check whether changes made by reception reach the communication workflow, how failed messages are handled and who owns follow-up. For patient communication software, ask about shared inboxes, preferences, form completion and the ability to identify outstanding work without opening every chart.
Request written answers about country support
Before choosing a system, ask the vendor to identify which Canadian claims services and integrations are currently supported, which are still being developed and which require another supplier. Separately request the hosting locations, support-access arrangements, export process and contractual responsibilities. Do not treat a general “Canada-ready” label as evidence that every requirement is covered.
Budget in Canadian dollars
Build a comparison that separates subscriptions, implementation, migration, training, messaging, payments and third-party tools. Record the quoted currency, taxes, renewal terms and any minimum commitment. A monthly subscription figure is easier to compare when you also know the costs of moving in, operating the system and moving out.
