Dental CRM

Dental CRM and Enquiry Management Guide

Evaluate dental enquiry assignment, referral follow-up, communication preferences and reporting. Keep prospect activity distinct from clinical records.

At a glance

A dental CRM organizes enquiries, referrals and follow-up activity. Compare how a team assigns work, records contact preferences and connects an enquiry to a genuine appointment without duplicating clinical information in marketing systems.

Current product stage

The private prototype supports saved patient profiles, scheduling, visit statuses and recall tracking. Clinical, billing, insurance, messaging and website integrations described in our roadmap are not yet available for clinical use.

Define a small set of useful statuses

Start with new, assigned, contacted, awaiting response, booked and closed. Define what evidence permits each transition. An enquiry should not be marked booked merely because someone clicked a link or received an automated reply.

Assign the next action

Every open item needs an owner and a meaningful next step. In a demonstration, reassign an enquiry, record a call and close an unsuitable request. Check that another team member can understand the history without rereading an entire email thread.

Control what enters the marketing record

Collect the information necessary to respond to an enquiry, and route clinical or sensitive details through the clinic’s approved channels. Ask how opt-outs and corrections are respected across connected tools. Keep reporting focused on business outcomes rather than the volume of personal data collected.

Flor’s role on this site

Flor can answer product questions and help the visitor prepare a handoff note. It does not silently submit leads or book appointments. The contact form sends the reviewed enquiry to our team; a clinic CRM integration is not released in the dental prototype.

Common questions

Can Flor submit my enquiry without review?

No. Use Talk to the team, review the note and contact details, then explicitly send the form.
