Patient engagement

Dental Patient Communication Software

Compare dental reminders, shared inboxes, recall follow-up and patient preferences. Test delivery failures and staff handoffs before choosing a tool.

At a glance

Dental patient communication software coordinates reminders, messages and follow-up around appointments and patient preferences. The practical test is whether the team knows what was sent, whether it arrived and who must respond next.

Current product stage

The private prototype supports saved patient profiles, scheduling, visit statuses and recall tracking. Clinical, billing, insurance, messaging and website integrations described in our roadmap are not yet available for clinical use.

Follow the message after sending

Ask a vendor to demonstrate a confirmation, a reply, an invalid phone number and an undelivered email. Staff should be able to distinguish a queued message from a delivered one. Decide who checks failures and how the clinic records a telephone follow-up.

Keep preferences attached to the person

A household may share a phone but have different consent and contact arrangements. Test a changed address, an opted-out channel and a patient who wants calls instead of messages. Ask how preferences apply to existing campaigns, reminders and exported contact lists.

Make handoffs visible

A shared inbox is useful only if two people can see who owns a conversation. Review assignment, status, internal notes and an escalation path. Measure resolved questions and completed bookings alongside message counts, rather than treating more outbound messages as an outcome.

Distinguish Flor from patient messaging

Flor on this website answers product questions and prepares a note for the visitor to review before sending to the team. It is not a clinic patient inbox, a booking agent or a clinical advice service. Patient messaging remains planned work.

Common questions

Does Flor contact patients automatically?

No. This website’s Flor assistant handles product enquiries. The visitor must review and submit a contact form to send a message to our team.
