Prosthodontic Software Evaluation
Evaluate software for phased treatment, laboratory work and multidisciplinary handoffs. Use specialty-specific demonstrations and verify the product’s current availability.
At a glance
This evaluation guide focuses on phased treatment, laboratory work and multidisciplinary handoffs. A specialty label is not evidence that those workflows are complete; ask vendors to demonstrate a realistic case, its records and its handoffs.
The private prototype supports saved patient profiles, scheduling, visit statuses and recall tracking. Clinical, billing, insurance, messaging and website integrations described in our roadmap are not yet available for clinical use.
Review what is available →Demonstrate a representative workflow
Model a fictional plan with staged visits and a laboratory dependency. Delay one item and ask how the vendor updates related appointments and tasks without losing the original plan.
Check records and responsibility
Review versioned estimates and alternatives alongside clinical documentation. Ask how the practice retrieves the exact information presented at each discussion rather than only the latest edited screen.
Test an exception and the next handoff
Follow a lab case from request to receipt, including an incomplete delivery. Check identifiers, supporting files, responsibility and the record of who accepted the item for the next step.
Our specialty development status
DentalSoftware.online does not yet offer a released specialty clinical system. The private prototype supports administrative patient profiles, scheduling, visit statuses and recalls with fictional information. Specialty requirements can inform development, but no clinical suitability or launch date is promised.
Common questions
Can this prototype replace our specialty practice system?
No. It is a private administrative development prototype. Clinical and specialty functions need implementation and verification before any practice could consider operational use.
