The private prototype supports saved patient profiles, scheduling, visit statuses and recall tracking. Clinical, billing, insurance, messaging and website integrations described in our roadmap are not yet available for clinical use.

HHS describes administrative, physical and technical safeguards under the Security Rule. Ask how a proposed product supports the practice’s responsibilities and which tasks remain with the clinic. Encryption or a login screen is not a complete operational assessment.
Review the supplier relationship
Identify the services that will create, receive, maintain or transmit relevant information. Review business-associate arrangements where applicable, subcontractors, permitted use, incident responsibilities and termination provisions with appropriate advisers. Obtain written answers for the exact services being purchased.
Test access and evidence
Request demonstrations of role restrictions, staff removal, support access and relevant audit history. Review recovery procedures and documented testing. Record unresolved questions and assign owners before approving production use.
Our prototype is not a clinical system
